Although they were also late the first time I ever set up an apt., my first experience with them was better than the last. The first time it was two different people, and this last time it was Lisa that came. Our original apt I set up for a day I had off work and had other errands I needed to get done that day however, she never showed up and it wasn't until I had waited a long time and canceled my other plans that she told me she wasn't going to make it. She didn't answer my calls or anything and I would've liked to been notified before I wasted my day waiting for a no show. Her and I also discussed a price for my dog which was more than last time when I got her shaved, which I didn't care too much I just needed her groomed but then after she groomed her she tried telling me it was like 10$ more! WHAT?! How? She did much less than last time and after all the crap I went through to get that apt, she should've taken money off if anything. Defiantly finding a new reliable groomer after this. I never write reviews but this honestly made me mad enough that I made an account to post a review.
