I recently came back from an overseas trip and had been craving Nohohon's Hojicha homebrew with tapioca. Unfortunately, the tapioca was being cooked,but the barista recommended the grass jelly. After we recieved our order we hung out in the store for a bit. When we were about to finish, the barista mentioned that the tapioca was ready, and could offer us another bubble tea on the house. Seriously, customer service at its finest!
