I don't know where to begin. I moved here a year ago from California. My daughter found this place for me and I did all the paperwork by fax and my daughter would bring in any monies that needed to be paid. I was told that my rent would be $825.00.This included my $25.00 per month dog rent. When I got here I was told that my rent had gone up. They gave my unit to someone else and so I had to rent a bigger unit at more money. I had a trailer full of stuff and had been traveling 2 days. I was stuck. Then I was told I would have to pay water and garbage. No biggie. My apartment went from $825.00 to $880.00. Imagine my surprise when I received a monthly bill on top of my rent for an additional $65.00. This was for water, garbage, sewer, HOA'S (which are to be paid by owner), pest and "additional administration fees!!! WTH...... There are broken washers and dryers just outside my door left for weeks at a time along with refrigerators. I like the management team. They are just doing their job. This place is owned by a crooked corporation that doesn't give a crap about anything but the almighty buck. The front of the complex looks really nice and well kept up, but go to the back of the complex and you will see broken washers, dryers, refrigerators. I have tried without any excess to contact the corporation. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!
