I rarely leave reviews but I feel like I must in this case. I have been a patient of this office since 2009 and have kept the same insurance plan since then. I recently switched employers and kept the same exact Aetna DMO that I had since 2009 but just with a new employer. They are also listed as a dental group that accepts the insurance on Aetna's website. They used this opportunity to boot me and my family as patients because they weren't accepting new DMO members, just the one that have had it since 2009 (effective date changed). Since I have been a customer since 2009 you might think that might include me as well....but nooope...guess they don't care if they lose patients
