I will never go back to this place. I went to get a zipper repaired on my boots because it was split in the back, and the man who worked here originally misunderstood what I wanted to get fix and just fixed the zipper pull, instead of the entire zipper, because the pull was also broken -- okay, fine, I can accept a misunderstanding. But when I put them on again after paying for that service and getting them home, the zipper split within 5 minutes. I took the boots back to get the entire zipper replaced, and when my boyfriend went back to pick them up a week after they were supposed to be ready, he had completely forgot about them (and we live on the other side of town, so it was quite a trip to get there). Then when he went back again a week later, during working hours, the store was closed for no apparent reason. When I finally got the boots back (months down the line from the original repair), the zipper still barely works (it doesn't split at the bottom anymore -- now it practically falls off at the top and if I don't want it to get stuck, I can't do up the boot all the way).
