If you are an actual gym rat, don't even bother. One Smith machine. One bench press rack. Dumbbells only go up to 100 lbs and there are several items missing for a good muscle pump. The whole facility seems like a hotel fitness center and can't be any larger than 1000 sf. Not to mention the old ladies that act like over zealous security guards. Really Weird!
