Ive had it. This was the umpteenth time of dissatisfactory customer service. This is the closest grocery store to my house - a problem for a lot of people it seems - and when I really need something, this is my only option. I hate this store, I hate that it exists, and I hate that I let myself be tricked into the appearance of convenience every. time. The prices are high - I get it, it's Safeway and its downtown. I can deal with a higher price instead of a two mile trek through downtown to frys. But the employees....none of the managers seem to understand that during a peak time, more than two registers need to be open. And during that peak time, they should have cashiers who KNOW how to use the machines. And today was the SECOND time the cashier literately dumped and threw my products onto the belt. Today, my tomato rolled onto the conveyor belt. Seriously? Why would you throw product? And why would you think it's appropriate the turn my hand basket upside down like a laundry basket and dump my fruit? I don't even feel bad for how miserable the employees look. Again, I hate this place.
