Horrid. Unbelievable bad and rude customer service. The staff does nothing to answer your questions or solve any problems you might have (of which there were many during our stay). The rooms baarreeeelllyyyyy get cleaned when they do get serviced and several members of our group staying at the hotel had bedbugs in their room. Walls are thin and the restaurant downstairs has worse customer service than the hotel does. The Christmas decorations were nice though?...
