Scheduled an appointment for microblading and less than a week later I was supposed to go in. I did forget the date with so much going on so I'll accept that as my fault. Unlike other places I never received a reminder about the upcoming appointment. So when the day got here I got the phone call that I've missed my appointment and my $50 probably is lost. I asked if I could use $50 towards another service because after thinking more about the microblading I had decided I didn't want to go through with it. I then received a call days later to be told I couldn't money back which I didn't want but I couldn't be accommodated with another service even if I had to put additional money up. Really sucks about the overall experience because I did plan on being a future client
