Everything looks good online until you get there. Holy shit! The hallways smell disguisting. I'm ready to spray Lysol everywhere and everything. The elevators are tiny that you can only fit in a twin size mattress or a very small couch. It's noisy because of the construction work being done. Nowhere on the website stated that they are under construction. I was surprised when I arrived! The guy at the front desk is nice but clueless. He didn't know where to unload. Laundry room looks decent. The only good thing is the gym, and you're super close the Consol Energy Center. Other places like grocery stores and restaurants are not within walking distance. It was difficult for me to find apartments since I live on the other side of the state. Therefore, I found this place online. I only spent a day there and already hating it. I have no idea where anything is in the building. It would have been nice if housing would have given me a map of the building. Moving in sucks! Nothing is provided for you. You have to ask for a cart. Carts cannot be reserved early. Apparently, you have to also reserved moving time to use the elevator, but no one bothers to check or follow through with it. So I say don't bother with booking a time. There's only 4 elevators for everyone to use. This building has at least 20 floors. Now imagine that! Please check this apartment out before signing the lease. Pictures on website can be deceiving. They only show the best parts, and there's nothing luxary about this place at all. Learn from my mistake. I know that they have great promotions, but don't let that suck you in to living here! They don't care once you signed the lease. ps They're changing their name from Washington Plaza Apartments to City View.
