I scheduled to have this company come for 2 hours on Sunday at 10am. Justin called on Saturday to say it would be 10:30am instead. No big deal. He said someone would call when they were 45 mins out so we new when they were on their way.. At 10 am I called them. They had no update. Lori said she they "should" be on their way. At 10:30 still nothing. I'm calling for an update but received none. They couldn't get a hold of the movers. Waited another 20 mins. It wasn't until 11 that Lori returned my call and said she had to update the time they'd be there to 12:30. Seriously? She said they'd "make it right" but with only offering $24 off (10%) , I didn't want to risk them blowing thru more of my weekend time. No reliable. Not considerate of my time.
