After reading the reviews, I was eager to try this company. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed. I called on 2/12, spoke to the technician who was supposed to call my tenant. Here it is 3/7 and many calls and messages to the tech (Spencer) with no communication from Spencer to the tenant. We called someone else and our problem was fixed in 24 hours. 24 hours vs three weeks. I'm NEVER calling this company again.
