Drinks are good but customer service from mgmt is HORRIBLE. Asked for two bubble teas with grass jelly added and i come here all the time. They charged me 9 $ which is a lil cheaper then normal. I realize literally 30 secs later that they didnt realize I wanted both jelly and tapioca. I tried to tell them i will pay extra if they could add the tapioca but they wouldnt allow it. I even offered to pay more then the normal cost and they still said no. They said its too late, order is already in. A simple request and they couldnt comply will make them lose me as a customer forever.
