Before going into WSI, I went to three other shops that told me I need to spend over a thousand dollars in custom machining for my valve stem to fit with my Brembo brakes. I called WSI and told them the situation. When I got off the phone with Mike, I felt more confidence from WSI about fixing my wheels than all three shops prior combined. I came in and saw Dave, the most proffesional and confident man I have talked to about my wheels. Every part needed was in stock. After less than half the price and ON POINT estimated completion time, I was flying with no check engine light and a small basic understanding of the wheels and what to expect (Dave makes sure you understand everything). He explained how my wheels need to be balanced correctly as opposed to how Big O and discount do it. You can FEEL the quality. The techs working on your car are proffesional, friendly and make you feel confident you don't have to watch them. (I'm very skeptical of my car and who works on it, like most) Every time I take my car somewhere I deal with mediocrity, WSI is NOT mediocre they are a 5 STAR company. Trust that I don't review 5 stars for nothing. Even though I'm 40 min away, I will take my wheels... NOWHERE else.
