These guys are awesome. I had been looking for 6 months and gone through 2 real estate agents. Both previous agents kept tanking deal after deal and made me feel like I worked for them. I kept wondering why I even had an agent as I was finding the properties on Zillow and they were finding reasons it wouldn't work. I had found and made offers on 4 properties even getting to escrow on 2 and all tanked. Then I found Eloff and Gary. I called them up told them what I wanted. They went so far above and beyond I can't write it all. You would be dumb not to use these guys.
