A large chain store that has employees that can answer your questions and understand their own products? YES IT STILL EXISTS IN 2013! I've been going here for years now. The staff have always been beyond helpful and always friendly. I've even thrown them some real curveball weird questions and they've given me accurate answers. You would think this would come at a cost premium, BUT NO, it doesn't. I've found their prices to often be cheaper than prices I've found online...if you can believe that.
