Positives: They regularly bring in national acts. I have seen many of my favorite comics here. Also, you get an opportunity to briefly meet the entertainers on your way out.
Negatives: Drink prices are high, and food quality in respect to the price is disproportional. Entertainer-wise, there is a local comic who opens up for many of the main attractions. I have seen him open up no less than four times over a span of 3 years, and his act is exactly the same every time. I have it almost memorized.
Continue doing the things you do well, and try to improve the things that almost everyone on Yelp complains about, and you'll be looking at 5 stars from most. No one wants to come to the Improv to get "Straint Up" (see what I did there, Improv?)
