That was a total & complete waste of my time!! I'm an underwriter in FINANCE for God's sake!! That was the textbook version of why everyone detests car dealers!!!! I have called USAA & advised them to take your dealership OFF their list of certified dealers, posted on FB what my experience was and given your dealership a scathing review on YELP. Are you people even kidding me?? Worst experience of my life!!f
Update: I did receive a call from the sales manager, Wes. I'm not sure what the point of his call was, other than to complain about how he was denied a mortgage loan recently. (Knowing I am a mortgage underwriter for a company he did NOT apply with) came off as, "My loan was denied, so screw you!"... Again, if I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Incredibly unprofessional & everything you would expect from an unreputable dealership.
