Every single time I come here I'm disappointed by the service . TBH The donuts are just ok but its convenient so I've tried this place at 3x (all three times I left thinking NEVER AGAIN) ...
The signs & pricing are purposely misleading ... ONE DOZEN DOUGHNUTS cost 10.99 (non specialty) or so it says .. She was extremely rude and acted as if my questions were bothering her . A dozen doughnuts has cost me 17+ AFTER asking in between EACH selection if this was specialty or regular doughnuts lol
She swiped my card super fast & then yelled out declined when clearly it was a bad swipe lol I had to practically beg her to use my chip (after she serviced two other customers while I waited ) . The chip went thru & I thanked her for trying TWICE, but her rude ass couldn't even muster up a your welcome !
Service is bad & definitely not worth 15-20 per dozen . Not to mention the selection is terrible and they are always out of basic glaze . Save you time & just go somewhere else !
