Six of us from our Meetup-Plant-Based/Vegan Dining Club West Side, had lunch at Saigon Kitchen today. One of our Meetup members recommended that we go try it. To my surprise, I had heard that they even had a vegan menu. The food was DELICIOUS! The lemongrass broth was amazing on the Tofu & Veggie Lemongrass Rice plate. I asked for extra veggies instead of tofu and was so pleased with extra veggies and sliced portobello mushrooms. All six of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Three in our group order the PHO and loved it. Our waiter was great! Service was "spot on". We didn't encounter any problems. Although we opted to sit inside vs the patio, the indoor decor was very relaxing and welcoming. We're definitely going to plan a larger party there real soon. They tell us that we can book a private party on the patio. Looking forward to taking my husband and daughter there for dinner some night. It will be worth the drive.
