A wonderful present of a complete detail on our pride and joy 2003 Cadillac. Wish she had purchased it for another shop, unless it is ok for an employee to treat elderly clients with disrespect and an attitude of your opinion does not matter, go somewhere else. This is exactly what happened to us. We showed up after making an appointment the day before for our appointment. We had been told the day of the call that there were no pending appointments for that day. When we arrived, we were told by the man that greeted us that there were several UHAUL trucks that arrived for detail and that they would not have time for us. I insisted because we had prior arrangements. He walked off and left me talking. Disgusting behavior. The cashier identifying herself as an office manager and a second attendant were apologetic and she went ahead and had our vehicle detailed. When I came back 5 hours later to pick up the car I asked for name of owner and was denied it. I was told by another employee that one of the owners was actually in the store. Nobody acknowledged my complaint and disregarded that I was not happy. Sad business. My family and I will not be their customers again. Adding the detail was done well!!
