I've come to this location over a dozen times. It truthfully depends on where you sit I've noticed on how well or how terrible your service is. I've had one gentleman that is amazing every time I've gotten him. Every other waiter has been ok to horrible. The food however? Amazing. This is my second worst experience I've had at this location. Today I came in, after waiting over 10 minutes for someone to ask for our order, we asked a random waitress & inquired about the weekend special burger. The waitress had no idea there was even a special burger today. The worst part was when she asked who our original waiter was, she didn't know, turns around & simply blurts out "what do you want?" I'm not a waiter or waitress but the tone of voice which this was said in, atrocious to say the least. I drive all the way from Laveen to come eat here the times I do. This may very well be my last. Even with the food being as amazing as it is.
