what are the odds? i need new tires for my hd xxx and tuesday morning between 9am and 10am i got a grip of motorcycle tires dumped in my alley that i am responsible for. i just purchased a home off country club and the alley is mine, abandoned by the city. i put up surveillance cameras bc of the tweakers stealing copper from my new place instead i got footage of person (s)? dumping bike tires. i ask that they disappear the same way they appeared. i ride, i shouldnt have to involve the law. do we not have a code of ethics of our own? especially if there is a recycling fee. ill post stills of the video with a review to clarify if preferred. help me identify these people please? thank you for your help.
