I have a mortgage with Wells Fargo for many many years now. I tried to go in an do a simple notary but the older lady there will not do the notary for me, kept trying to get me to open an account. Furthermore she sent me down the street to UPS to get it done. She said if they can't get it done to just come back, which makes no sense to me. It really upset me that they would make me go out my way somewhere instead of staying there. I thought they are suppose to give great customer service to everyone not just members only. Since this situation happen I will be looking to refinance my mortgage somewhere else.
