I bought a Groupon for a partial set of lashes. I tried to make an appointment with her for over a week (lots of phone and text tag) and then when I finally got her on the phone, she tried to upsell me for a full lash set because she felt that I wouldn't look good with a partial because my lashes are blonde. She kept telling me that it was my special day (its for my wedding) and that it should look perfect. "Perfect" immediately makes me roll my eyes anyway because it's bullshit but I told her it didn't fit in my budget. When I said that, she immediately shuffled me off with other recommendations for cheaper alternatives and told me to get a refund on my Groupon. The only problem is that it has been over a week now so they don't refund. So I'm out $40 and I'm so not impressed. If blondes truly shouldn't get a partial set done, it should have said that in the Groupon and nothing annoys me more than being upsold and then dismissed. I won't be returning and I definitely will tell everyone I know not to bother.
