So I call this company and ask what type of water heaters they deal in, because they are coming out tomorrow and I would like to know that I'm not getting some POS that is a wholesale layover. After the receptionist or whoever she was doesn't know, she tells me that the tech is only coming out to diagnose the problem not replace the water heater. I ask why is that , she says because they don't drive around with a box truck full of water heaters. So I ask when will it actually get fixed, now at this time The owner gets on the phone an I try to explain to her that there are 5 wholesale plumbing warehouses hear in Phoenix. She starts to give me attitude because I was expecting a timely repair and she states the they come out to evaluate, then request permission to replace said water heater from the Home Warranty Company , then order the water heater THEN do the repair, maybe Thursday (it's Monday). Looking at the BBB and this yelp thread, It is all coming to light. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
