Love Starbucks above any other.. The only reason I'm giving this location 3 stars, is because one day I had come with a coupon for 50% off an iced coffee and that's where the problem started. I receive various coupons from Starbucks via email because Im a gold member and I have no problem using them at other locations. However on this particular day I decided I was going to use my coupon here.. Bad idea. I had ordered my ice coffee and showed the coupon on my Starbucks app to the barista. He told me I couldn't use it umm...excuse me why? He gave me this bullshit excuse saying someone hacked into their system and has been sending out coupons. I told him how come other stores have been accepting them if they're supposedly not real? He just stared blankly at me. I was not happy plus it was 6:30 in the morning and I still had no coffee. So I asked him, so you're not going to take it? He said I can't. So I paid for my iced coffee (I wasn't gonna have a bad day over a coupon lol) & left. I work in customer service and as the saying goes the customer is always right... But that's just me. I am still a frequent customer just not with my coupons.
