2 stars for the great staff at the concession stand, clean lobby, and nice halls but that's it! Watched Rogue One in theater 6 and what a dump! Practically every chair is torn. I am not talking little tears but huge holes and gouges! One lady searching for a clean chair referred to a seat as "rotten" it was gross.
