I'm a medical student in Cleveland Clinic, when I was at the tour before moving in, I loved the city view and gym here, but after living here for a while, I realize its the worst place ever,
1. The fire security alarm for the whole building frequently went on(they have a speaker in bedroom) during midnight, sometimes 2 am or 10 pm, and it's sooo loud, most of them turn out to be false alarms. Its on for at least 10 minutes! EXTREMELY ANNOYING.
2. They randomly fix and exam your apartment WITHOUT notify you first, one time it was before 8 am and I was IN BED, two man appeared outside of my balcony drilling the wall so loud, and makes no privacy for me. And when faculty examining the room, they walk in with dirty shoes without even asking, ignore the fact that our Carpet is very clean.
3. The sink always got stuck, the window is loose and shaking during windy days, which makes loud noise when you sleep. One time, it was windy and the string of our window FALL OFF Completely. Everything is sooo bad quality.
4. If you are too busy with work and forgot to pay rent by end of month, the 1st day of next month you would end up 50 dollars fine. They won't be considerable like other landlords.
5. The neighborhood is not safe at all, during night you could hear many wild dogs barking, and sometimes gun shot.
6. The superior road is full of digital cameras, believe me, I even saw the manager here got couples of tickets. Each for 95 dollars.
7. The laundry machine and elevators are always under maintaince, you don't want to wait for 10 minutes and saw the elevator comes with full of people.
8. They don't give your 300 dollars deposit back.
Anyway, even the manager here are NOT trustworthy, the good side is the security front desk people are nice, the view is good. But it's the worst place I ever lived. I would not recommend to anyone
