I have been coming here for years. I have purchased lots of different things and generally find something every time I come. However, these days it is hard to find someone to help you. I certainly don't want to deal with the older lady who stands behind the front counter. Sometimes you want to look at something in a case, but are not going to walk around the store looking for someone with a key. Antique business is a tough business, and there are many dealers in the store. I would suggest that customer service and dealing with people in a friendly way would be a good place to put some time into.
