This review is based on my husbands experience. He visited Lulu over the holidays to by me a gift from our two year old daughter. He was not greeted when he entered the store and not one employee offered help while he was shopping. As he found a shirt my daughter took off and he had to put the shirt down to go chase her, once he got her under control he proceeded back to the shirt he laid down. Then, one of the employees rudely asked him "are you going to get this?" (Implying he was just window shopping) He replied "no." He then finished his shopping and purchased over $200 on a pair of pants and a shirt (which I live by the way). But I will be taking it back because of his experience and repurchasing it online. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and this type of behavior is unacceptable, and I'm sad to hear about how my husband was treated. I also understand that is can be very hard to shop with a toddler, I wish the employees would have seen his struggle and at least offered some type of help. I will not be shopping at this store.
