Everyone there is super friendly, and they offer you drinks if you are there for a while (for chemical treatments etc).
I went to get the balayage style done on my hair and though it wasn't exactly like the picture I wanted (understandable since everyone's hair is different so slightly different coloured results are expected), it was beautiful and my stylist Agnes was very detailed oriented and constantly making sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on throughout the whole process.
Anges was really really sweet and though I couldn't speak chinese, she tried her best to communicate her ideas in english and she understood what I wanted done on my hair :)
Eventhough another stylist walked by and asked me to get a haircut ontop of my chemical service (which costed me $380 in the end with tips), Agnes told me I didnt really need a cut so she would do a trim free of charge!
Overall, great experience but a bit on the expensive side so this would have to be a once in a while thing!
