I am a long time customer of the Parking Spot. It used to be a great lot at a fair price. I am an airline pilot and park on average about 16 days a month here. Unfortunately the service has taken a turn for the worse lately. I've had to walk to the entrance twice in the last two months because the van never came to pick me up at my car. I've noticed the employees are not overly friendly anymore and to top it off, rates recently went up. It's now cheaper for me to Uber to work than pay to park. As a longtime loyal customer I wonder what they're thinking raising prices when better and cheaper options are readily available. Sorry Parking Spot, but I'm done.
