Police came by multiple times in the 3 days we were here. At one point the police officer had told us this was the worst possible place to stay in Phoenix. We stayed here cause it was cheap but it ended up being even more expensive because all they say online is that they're pet friendly. But when you arrive you find out there's a 50 dollar refundable deposit per pet (cash only) and a 20 dollar fee per pet per night that is not refundable. So this hotel ended up being even more expensive. Even if it was cheaper this place still is horrendous. There were hookers, people trying to sell us coke, tweakers everywhere.
