Do not give your precious items to this company. I made this mistake and items were sold way under their value. They promise payment in 30 days but I have not received it in over two months. When I called they said it takes 45 days. After 45 days the said the checks were mailed out one week later I got a call that they had mistakenly not sent mine out but would do so immediately. It's been over a week and I called to see if the check had been sent and the woman that answered the call could not give me any information. She said she would have someone call to answer my questions after she told me there was an issue with a moving fee. I am not holding my breath and will be calling my lawyer.
