This is a chain restaurant so when I give it 4 stars it is 4 stars for a chain restaurant. I'm not comparing it to gourmet dining. What I will say about this particular Chili's is that the servers here are amazing. We've been here several times recently because we've had to be in the area and this is right by the freeway exit. Eric. the one server, even remembered how I like my entree from the week prior. The other servers are also quite good and very attentive. The hostesses are friendly and the manager always checks in to see that everything is good. The food is consistently hot and good, not great but again, it is a chain. I honestly couldn't expect more from the service end.
I did deduct one star because the place as a whole is a bit tired and the restrooms aren't always as clean as I would hope but overall it is a good place.
