Brunch, one of the most important meals of the week. The perfect combination of tasty food and alcohol. Finding the perfect balance requires well crafted food, good champagne, and great customer service. Highly recommended, Echo and Rig delivered.
The restaurant was full, so we sat at the bar area. It worked for my group of 5, but I wouldn't recommend it for bigger parties. Beautiful view of the shopping center fountain. We were greeted straight away. Once the bottomless mimosas were ordered our glasses were never empty. They give you a baby jug of OJ and refill your glass with just champagne. The mimosas were $16.99, but with brunch from 9am to 3pm you can definitely get your fill.
The avocado toast was amazing! I only wish it was bigger. My deconstructed salmon bagel was awesome. I was surprised by how much fish they gave me. When we mentioned it was Bub's birthday they brought him an ice cream cake dessert. I was a little buzzed by then so I don't remember exactly what it was, just that it was good.
Don't forget to check out the bathroom! Hand salt that makes your skin feel baby smooth.
