I was in the market for a brand new Toyota Camry v6 with all the bells and whistles. So I answered an add for the vehicle I was looking for and made contact with jp and his cohort milad. My husband and I went to see (the only one in stock) he says but it was in a garage brand new needed to be unwrapped which sounded great to me. So the next day he calls me and says it is available to see. So I go to the dealership and but to my amazement it was the perfect color it was beautiful. It had everything I was looking for. Then we sat down and started the process first the numbers on the car were full price then we talked more and I was told I would get a sweet deal!! Yea sure they lowered the price because I had excellent credit. They said we can do this and that and I was at a comfortable price and payment. I was double teamed by my sales person and his accomplices. I am a woman and have bought many many cars by myself and always came out on top. These jokers interfered with my decision making by constantly interrupting me not letting me speak or ask about my contract jp came over to me and we had a deal on the table that wasn't what I agreed to. He also took it appon himself to add an extra $1000 to my credit account and didn't tell me. He and milad keep interrupting me when in finance so to distract me of what was really going on. They rushed me through my exit going threw the car never showing me all the bells and whistles like they should have. This dealership is undeniably the worst experience iv ever had to go through. I have since been back at least 5 times to talk to about this entire situation. I have been dismissed because they already got my money. They promised me a spoiler and 3 months later it is finally being installed. Service is a joke I will not bring my car there for anything. They ripped me off because at the end of the day I received no discounts I traded in my car and then they danced around the fact that I wasn't happy about what I found. I love my new 2018 Camry v6 but I will deal with the other Toyota dealership for now on. Please watch out for jp and milad. They will nail you somehow. This car cost me an extra $5000because they wouldn't honor the price I was told over the phone the price we agreed on. I have talked to just about everyone in the highest possible position and they dismiss me. Buyer beware
