Reached out to Lucky Eight early morning to get a quote for an oil change and possible brake change. Received a text from Barry within 20 minutes with a quote. Barry was able to fit me in the same day. Turned out that I needed front brakes so he made a call to order the parts. He brought out the old brake pads and showed me the difference between the old ones and new ones (how many auto repair shops would do that?). The quoted price for both the oil change and brakes was less than the actual invoiced price. Barry honoured the price quote for the oil change but I paid the the invoice price for the brakes. When I asked about the difference of the quoted price and the invoice price he provided an explanation. To offset the cost of the brakes, he provided a free oil change valued at over $100. Barry is not about getting the customer through the doors and then overcharging, he's about retaining the customer through great service. He is a person with integrity and he honours his word. The waiting area is nice and clean with 2 sofa's and they offer free wi-fi. I highly recommend Lucky Eight and I will definitely be back.
