Well today 3/13/2017 was without a doubt the worse trip from Hartford CT to Washington Dulles. First there was no coffee for anyone then the air conditioner was on full blast and the th8ng you turn to close it was missing, so I asked for a blanket to I don't get sick. They came back and said they had nothing for me. That is some very classy way to handle a customer that uses your services eveey week.
