If you want to live in a unsafe complex and risk your landlord entering your place of residence while your not home live here. I started with a $520 A month aren't and every Month have been forced to sign a long lease or the price has gone up. Now under new management I am being forced to pay 800$ a month for this dump. New management does not care about its residents all they care about is money. Took the $600 (NO NOTICE FEE) and just got the hell out. Yes this is under new management but they don't care about the people who are living there, they are strictly here for profit. BEWARE FINE PRINT.
List Of Reasons why Not to live here:
1: Unsafe. Lighting around the apartment complex is bad. Look at the photos I took. Parking lot so dark people come and park to do drugs. Seen this numerous times.
2: AC UNIT's Not taken care of. It wouldn't drop below 90 today in the place.
3: Pics on Website not how the place really looks.
4: Quality of neighbors. Some ODD people here. House below evicted for Meth a few months back and I'm pretty sure most people who live here are getting financial AID because they seem to be home a lot.
