plz do not rent any apt in this conmunity. every 3-4 months will go in to ur apt to check their apt. and reason is annual check. but it is every 3-4 months. annual check should be once in year right. also utility is so fking expensive $90+ every month. trust me you can rent a much better place with their rent and utility . all other conmunity only charge $30 for utility only. and the girl work in the office name is sherry,she is bitch. always fking give attitude,when you ask her for something, and maneger Terresa is asshole. when I move out she said i have to have carpet clean otherwise will charge me, so i did call a professional company cost me 140. and they still charge me over $200. and final thing i sigh the contract for there apt 4/30 of last year . but move in 5/1 and guess what happen. they did not mention about i will going to pay $10 for rental insurance for whole month of april, because i sigh my contract in THE LAST DAY OF APRIL. this place is SHITHOLE dunt ever move in the this place
