Broadstone Talavera is a great apartment to live in in Las Vegas. Every aspect of living here is great! Maintenance does fixes and keeps everything is great shape with a short turn around. The grounds are really nice, and there is both complex security, and patrols from the community of Pecole Ranch, so it feels really safe. The complex is also adjacent to this amazing park that snakes through Pecole. I walk my dog in it almost every day.
The pools are nice and have grills. The gym is spacious and has decent equipment too. The only thing I want that they don't have, are gas appliances. Everything is so nice including the front office staff, that it more than makes up for this.
Overall I would certainly recommend considering Brodstone Talevera if you're looking to live in Summerlin or Las Vegas.
