Just walked out of this Jamba Juice and was left with such a bad impression that I don't think I'd ever come back. It's New Years, so I understand if they have different hours, but the employees here were more than a little bit rude as we walked in at 4:55 at a 5 pm closing. We walked in, they were obviously still open and we were greeted with a dry "hello" as we approached. My mom and I looked at the menu for a minute, before walking up to the counter. As we started to place our order, the woman at the counter says "we stopped selling since we're closing in 5 minutes". So apparently they can't tell us that before we started looking at the menu? And I've worked in bakeries and grocery stores before - you don't stop selling BEFORE the place closes. This is poor management and even worse from a customer service standpoint. We were then promptly shoo-ed out of the side exit since they ended up locking the other door behind us right after we walked in. Guess they were in a real hurry to get home. I don't just throw out 1 star reviews, but this 2-minute experience was awful enough to warrant one. Never again.
