The doctor's are great, but I've had more than a few issues with their billing dept. and administrative staff. Spoke with a nurse who confirmed the doctor was faxing a px over to my pharmacy around 3pm on a Friday, only after I made it known that I was barely able to function because I was in so much pain. After many calls to the after-hours call line (who insulted me on the phone when I simply asked a couple questions, the only time I was even able to get in touch with anyone) my px still wasn't at the pharmacy...five hours later. Not to mention the $300+ I was double-charged for a few years ago. And the fact that they are closed for lunch and unavailable everyday for 30 min, which is naturally the same time as almost every 9-5 worker's lunch. I've tried to give this place so many chances, but leaving someone in severe pain all weekend is absolutely unacceptable.
