Went to look for another Honda Pilot today. Looking for a 2015..low mileage or a 2016 new to trade my very well maintained 2011 Pilot in on. Luv my car but hoping to trade up in years and less miles. I'm a single mom and hoped to be directed by someone helpful and knowledgeable. Waited an hour before Malachi salesperson finally acknowledged me. He pretty much laughed at me when I turned down a 2013 / beater and told they couldn't help me until I gave them the payoff on my car and I was treated like I was a total naive woman. My Honda is in pristine condition ...BTW...ORDERED MY RECALL AIRBAGS A YEAR AGO AN THEY STILL SAY THEY AREN'T IN! So after wasting 2 hours of my limited evenings, I walked out! Never to return....I'll shop a different dealership! This place is a hoot! Very Rude and disrespectful salesman. Big Mistake! My family owns a service business and buys an average of 2 vehicles a year....they won't be back either ! This has been an issue getting things done at every occasion we've had to deal with them. Was hoping things had improved due to their being so close to work and home....I'll be hitting the city of Charlotte for my future purchases! I don't have the time to mess with this dealership.
