Worst Experience! I recently moved to this area and have now tried this place twice. The first time was a mediocre gel mani which would have had a 4 star. The second time was the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. Not only did they cut me multiple times and I had to file my own nails due to too many errors. When I asked to do that (1st time in my life), they glared at me and kept grabbing my hand and the file. When I asked for someone else to please paint my nails because it felt so uncomfortable the manager came over and even though I tried to be nice, she was the rudest I've ever experienced. I mentioned I was not comfortable paying for the mani but would pay for the pedi so I guess she decided I didn't get my completed mani either. I had explained I was new and figured they would be happy to have a new customer but instead the manager was in my face being very sassy. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Never going back.
**Update for owner: I am not sure if you are concerned or just covering yourself on Yelp. I do not want to harm your business but want to be sure you know the truth as the story from your manager is not correct. My services were free because I refused to pay. Not because she comped me. Also, my nails were never painted. Additionally, I paid a 20% tip just to be nice to the lady that did my pedicure. Finally, she was not remotely upset that my manicure was bad. She was upset because I came to her and was extremely confrontational in my face. It was awful. That's why I wrote a review. I am telling you this because your manager is harming your business.
