Horrible service. I go to the club almost everyday. Not once did the front desk guy tell me that my membership expire and that they weren't able to bill my credit card because I had recently had it stolen. Instead I was 2 weeks into my expiration that I got a letter from their billing service that notify me that not only did I owe the yearly membership, but my rate had went up from 100 dollars to 150 plus and on top of that I was charged a 5 processing fee and 20 dollar late fee. Called and just got the run around. I paid for the year but at the end of this year membership I will make sure to write my cancelation letter 30 days prior to my end date. Horrible customer service. Definitely make sure what u are charged for and if u sign up with a trainer make sure u read the fine print as my girlfriend had a horrible experience. Their contract is for a year so if u try to cancel early to still have to pay. Again read the fine print. I have been a member of this gym for more than 10 years and I can say ever since it was bought out by red and then name change to fx fitness the owner ship has been terrible. Do not recommend this place. Just waiting to end my membership is august
