*** SEE UPDATE *** Moving from Texas to Arizona, finding someone to work with me has been difficult. The first time I called Lakeview, Cassandra was so nice, helpful and willing to give me a tour right away! Small story short, two tours, countless laughs, lots of answered questions and three hours later I am signing my lease! I couldn't be any happier with my decision to join the Lakeview family and all thanks to Cassandra with her awesome customer service/hospitality. Also, the super dog friendly environment and loving staff made a huge plus in the decision. Update: THIS PLACE IS STILL OPEN JUST UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, it still sucks too. Just turn around and walk away, shred your lease and never return. Even with a new management company, this is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. They bring you in making you feel all warm and fuzzy, like this is the greatest place since sliced bread then drop you like a hot potato. They really aren't dog friendly, I was told a dog park was coming that never came. They have 50 billion rules they don't bring to the table at the day of signing the lease and if you break a rule, they have some online lawyer serve you a warning for eviction notice. Which the notice makes you feel as if you are getting evicted, no call from the leasing office or anything, you don't know you have done wrong until the letter. They will squeeze every ounce of money from you, every little bit. Maintenance is pretty good, except the one time I called about the MOLD growing around my tub and such, they just put something over it. A month later, the mold is back even stronger. There is absolutely no storage in these apartments either! It's not worth saving $50-$100 when you can go somewhere 20x nicer and 20x friendlier and bigger with storage. The place is full of bitter residents, horrible leasing staff and just completely not the product they sell. The apartments are poorly put together, poorly redone, just a quick sloppy fix, and they don't care if the fix looks good or not. Until they completely replace the staff and put a little money into actually making the apartments better, I wouldn't waste your time signing any lease.
