I came here with a big group of families of children who have special needs. I personally had 4 little boys with me at check in. 3 or 4 other families had multiple children with them as well. Needless to say, we were loud. Despite this, we were all welcomed by staff (especially Shayne). I had two problems come up during our stay. Shayne was quick to take care of them both. He was kind, courteous, and seemed to really enjoy his job. The kids also really loved the fire pit outside and the breakfast. This was definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd not hesitate to come back.
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because we did have two kind of major problems pop up. But the fact the staff (Shayne) took care of them right away makes a huge difference to me.
